Hospitality try to cut out all the fighting and crap that you usually would associate with drum and bass, all about the music!
DnB crowds are the best type! Everyone is there for the music and to have a great time, nothing scary about it. You will have no problems, enjoy it!

Pretty common for DJs, they play 1-2 hour sets so can easily fit in 2-3 gigs per night. Hoping they save the best for us though

I’ve been to plenty of raves / gigs at the Academy (all the One Nations, bare hip hop jams back in the day). The atmosphere’s always been wicked (I’ve never encountered ANY moodiness there), but cos it’s so huge I’ve always found the sound a little lacklustre (unless I’ve plotted right at the front by the main speakers!)
To my ears the system at Matter was one of the best I’ve ever heard (and I’ve been around a loooooong time!) so if Chris and Co are using the same sound guys this should be a HEAVY night. The best thing is it’s only a few minutes bus ride from my yard!
As always when it comes to Hospitality, standardly there! Gonna be LARGE.
Damn boi need some money in the bank to slag some tickets for this shit. Reckon it will be sold out by next week?

Never been to a rave at the academy before, only gigs… so can someone pls explain where the 2nd and 3rd rooms are? Is one of them the little VIP bar at the top?

The 2nd room is the main foyer and the third is on the first level just before you go up to the second level seating that overlooks the main room. brixton academy is awesome when its a rave!!

Im not guna start making judgements before the night has happened….but last ONE NATION i went to at brixton….the sound quality wasnt all that….and the vibe fot a bit moody….that said…that was ONE NATION…this is HOSPITALITY…..the 2 are like chalk and cheese…..cant wait to see the line up!! Im sure tony and the guys will throw one hell of a party!! BRING ON THE 24TH!!!…btw…FABRIC was sick….Danny Byrd smashed the granny out of it!!!
