    Hey everybody!
    Im from switerland and a huge hospitality fan. I booked a weekend trip to london with my girlfriend on exact that weekend (didnt know about the event that time)! With that lineup we just have to be at that event! The problem is that i never drove on the wrong side of the street ;) and it takes almost 3 hours to get there by train.
    I take the chance and ask here: is someone driving from london to the event on saturday and back on sunday and has 2 seats free in the car? (I’d take the whole fuel cost of the trip).

      Hi Ivo,

      Just thought I’d check the train times from London to Folkestone on that date. The train time takes just over an hour to get there so not as long as you thought.

        Thank you for the information! I checked on maps.google and there it says 2 hours 45 minutes, i thought google couldn’t be wrong ;) .
        So by train it is actually faster to get there than by car.

          Ivo,

          There is a ‘Fast’ train from London St Pancras to Folkestone Central that only takes 55 minutes. It will cost about £60 but it’s rapid! it uses the same line as the Eurostar trains. Check out http://www.southeasternrailway.co.uk

          Gutted that i’m not able to go as i live near Folkestone, i booked a trip to India before noticing this event :(
