Hospitality Leeds

Med School manages finds talent far and wide, with Royalston has been bringing the bangers since day one. Quirky, unconventional, dark and relentless are just a few words to describe his back catalogue as well as forthcoming second album “People On The Ground“. We’ve selected our favourites to get you ready for his UK tour where he’ll be stopping off at a few Hospitality parties along the way.

First up catch Royalston at our Halloween special at the o2 Academy Leeds – one of our favourite shows of the year and undoubtedly one of the most crazy, we’re already on final release tickets so don’t sleep on this one!

Like a pro, Royalston will be flying down to Cornwall for our Hospitality takeover at the Masked Ball. We’ll be setting up in the Grand Ball Room at Flambardo’s crazed Halloween theme park, there’ll be ghosts, ghouls and many rides on the ferris wheel – TICKETS ON SALE NOW

Completing the hat-trick, Royalston will be stepping up to the decks at Hospitality Sheffield alongside Camo & Krooked, London Elektricity, Fred V & Grafix, Etherwood, Krakota and Urbandawn, get your tickets HERE.

Hospitality Leeds 30.10.15: Special Guests!

One of our favourite parties of the year is our Halloween showdown at the 02 Academy Leeds! Absolute mayhem is guaranteed with a full Hospital family line-up alongside a bunch of very special guests…

Spectrasoul have continued to push the boundaries of bass music with a reputation among D+B heads second to none. Their debut album “Delay No More” took us all by storm followed up earlier this year with “The Mistress”. They joined us at our sold out BBQ back in August and we can’t wait for what’s to come this Halloween!

Luke LSB is an extended member of the Hospital family having joined us at a number of Hospitality shows over the years from our return to Brixton to this year’s sold out Building Six residency. It goes without saying he’s part responsible for one of the D+B tunes of the year, check it below…

Ram Records’ terrible trio, Teddy Killerz are back! Exploring through glitch, electro and heaviest of D+B, Teddy Killerz always bring it. Most recently they’ve hit us with “Heavy Signal” and their massive “Hyperspeed” EP, get ready!

For our Halloween special we’ll also be joined by Camo & Krooked, London Elektricity, Etherwood, Fred V & Grafix, Dimension, Nu:Tone, Maduk, Royalston, Hugh Hardie and Transit Mafia. Fourth release tickets on sale now, these won’t last long so act fast!

Hospitality Leeds 30.10.15: Maduk!

We’re very excited to be having Maduk join us for three Hospitality shows this Autumn and he’ll be creeping into Leeds for our Halloween special this Saturday!  In light of his recent signing to Hospital Records we asked Maduk to select his top five from the 19 year-long back catalogue!

1. Danny Byrd – Red Mist VIP

I’ll kick it off with my favourite drum & bass producer. A beautiful composition to listen to, and at the same time a true dance floor destroyer. I still have to meet the first one who isn’t shaking something in his body while listening to this track.

2. Logistics – Crystal Skies
Love the chord progressions in this one. Not only the chords itself, but also the fact they change so subtle. Sexy vocals, Logistics at his best!

3. Camo & Krooked – ‘Loving You Is Easy’
Camo & Krooked have always been the masters of reinventing styles and this is the perfect example. Still haven’t heard anything like this, great to see that so many bass heads also appreciate this.

4. Q-Project – ‘Slowly But Surely’
Just makes me happy :)

5. High Contrast – ‘Twilight’s Last Gleaming VIP’
Still not sure if I prefer the original or the VIP but big classic right here. One of those tracks that gives you that special feeling!
