Hospitality Midsummer Bristol BBQ Outside Motion

Hospitality Summer BBQ Bristol 11.06.15:

This Saturday for the very first time, we’ll be taking the Hospitality BBQ to our favourite Bristolian venue, Motion for a drum & bass day session – and a little after party for those of you who fancy it. Filling up the Motion courtyard with sunshine beats will be London Elek, Fred V & Grafix, Rene LaVice, Lynx, Etherwood, Nu:Tone, DJ Die, Uncle Dugs and TS2W alongside some sizzling BBQ selections.

Bringing the heat on our Bristol BBQ menu will be The Plumed Serpent’s Mexican feast – tasty tacos and tangy tequila, what more could you need?

An exciting, recent addition to Bristol’s excellent street food scene, The Plumed Serpent, who having started life as a pop up have quickly moved into street food serving up tacos and tortas at festivals, or working with local bars like Bristol Brewdog. The food is contemporary Mexican with Spanish, English and Tex Mex influences, using some of the best local ingredients. Specialising in tacos usually involving slow cooked or barbecued meats in soft corn tortillas set off with homemade salsas and pickles and especially for the BBQ they’ll be bringing their own Mexican take on spicy jerk chicken.

Check out what Time out Bristol had to say recently.

”One of the more recent avant-garde additions to Bristol’s Mexican line-up is The Plumed Serpent, serving up a West Country twist on some of the Mexican classics. Their first pop-up event at 40 Alfred Place went down a storm last year…”

Of course a BBQ isn’t a BBQ without a juicy burger to see you through, so we’ve sorted the very best man with a van full of them! Not to mention the outdoor bar serving up some specialised summertime cocktails, from the “Hospitality Iced Tea” to the tasty reload of the “Rewind”. There are still some remaining tickets on sale, but these won’t last long!

We’re also extending the party down the road at The Marble Factory from 10PM ’til late, line up TBA.
