Not only is our Hospitality In The Park line-up jam packed with the best DJs in the scene, we’ve also booked a whole load of live acts for you lovely people to enjoy. For some they’ve been performing live for some time and for others it’s a brand new debut show specially for us! Here’s a closer look at each of them…

 

The London Elektricity Big Band

(featuring Liane Carroll, Emer, Dynamite and a 12-piece brass band)

On the Hospitality stage our head honcho is back in the live game but this time it’s bigger than ever before. Joined by his original vocalist, the wonderful Liane Carroll, The Big Band also features vocals from the gorgeous Emer Dineen. From Riot Jazz, London Elek will be joined incredible 12-piece brass band from Manchester will make up the core of the performance with Hospital veteran Dynamite MC on hosting duties.

 

The Erised

Next up, joining us for their premiere UK appearance are The Erised. Hot off Med School’s roster, this five piece band have built up a huge following in Ukraine and it’s no surprise they caught our eye. Catch their spine tingling performance in September on the Soul In Motion Meets Med School stage. If you’re keen to find out more, have a read of ‘Perks of the Park: The Erised’.

 

Frederic Robinson

Bringing his unique live show to the Soul In Motion Meets Med School stage will be Frederic Robinson. It really is a set to behold, complete with keyboard, midi-controllers and a Monophonic Bass Synthesizer this guy brings a whole new level to the electronic live set.

 

The Mouse Outfit

Made up of a production team and nine piece hip hop band, The Mouse Outfit have been making waves in their scene now for over eight years. Lyrical acrobatics, stunning samples and the smoothest of beats make up their live show be sure to catch them at Dub Phizix and Strategy’s Well Good Do.

 

Gentleman’s Dub Club

Coming to the park with their dub, ska, roots reggae vibes are the nine piece band from Leeds – Gentleman’s Dub Club. They’ve built a reputation on their high energy heavyweight sound, with their shows often ending in a frenzied mosh pit. Live effects and mixing top it all off making this larger than life stage presence a must see on the Hospitality stage!

 

DRS

One of drum and bass’ most talented rappers, DRS is bringing his lyrical craft to the Dub Phizix and Strategy’s Well Good Do at Hospitality in the Park this September. Boasting an impressive career in the scene, Estate Recordings’ main man has shown over the years that he has a talent for writing, singing, rapping and an unrivalled ability to hold a crowd in the palm of his hand.

 

Jenna & The G’s

Responsible for some of the most recognised vocals in drum and bass, Jenna G has worked with countless producers throughout her impressive career. Going back to her roots, the stunning vocalist has teamed up with 8 Gold Rings for a live show packed with her eclectic releases past, present and future. These guys will be lighting up the Dub Phizix and Strategy’s Well Good Do Stage, be sure to pay them a visit!

As well as all those amazing live performances, we’ve also lined up an incredible amount of DJ sets and that all important delicious food to keep you all energised throughout the day! It’s going to be one to remember, the full line up is now up on the Facebook event.
